He submitted and passed his dissertation during November 2014 and received his degree at the ceremony in Mei 2015.\n\nDuring 2013 he attended two courses in Project Management known as Managing BY Project (MP3) and Guiding Organisational Change, presented by Davis & Dean, accredited by the Project Management Institute, ECSA and the Services Sector Education and Training Authority.\n\nEugene Kruger was uo to the 1st of August 2018 a full-time Director and Attorney at Eugene Kruger & Co Attorneys. He is was responsible for the day to day operations of the Litigations, Commercial law, Liquor Licencing and Environmental departments of the company.\n\nHe is currently serving on the Liquor Committee of the Law Society of South Africa and is a member of the Law Society of South Africa, Environmental Law Association South Africa, Green Building Council of South Africa and the Federated Hospitality Association of Southern Africa [FEDHASA].\n\nAs a Sole Proprietor he consults and works with various companies and individual clients on legal issues, including business entity development and choosing the effective vehicle for the purpose of the client or business, monitoring and evaluation of strategy and implementation of strategy.\n\nHe will be focusing his practice on Environmental Law, Occupational Health and Safety Law, Liquor Licensing Law and\n\nCommercial Law. In the recent past he was involved with the structuring and formal negotiations on the behalf of Tala Living (Pty), a Road Construction company, that involved mine haulage roads and environmental authorizations regarding road making, to name only a few.\n\nHe is newly appointed Director of Bakusasa Training Academy (Pty) Ltd. Bakusasa Training Academy is a Health and Safety Consultancy business and training provider.
