Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Legal Compliance Audits:
In terms of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993 all business are obliged to comply with this Act and its Regulations. Clauses 7 to 20 place responsibilities on all employers that must be complied with and must be readily available for inspection.

  • Assessment of all licenses and applications done as per the National, Provincial and Local Legislation and Regulations. Preliminary site inspections for report purposes will be done.
  • Inspections will be focused on all safety aspects in regards to the employees as well as the visitors.
  • Time-frame for this is normally around 6 to 7 hours, depending on the size and operation of the business.
  • Comprehensive report will be issued with specific reference to extremely high, medium and low risk factors. (Delivered within 7 working days, depending of the size and operation of the business)
  • Suggestions will be made in regards to the need and requirements for general Health and Safety as well as site specific implementation. Eugene Kruger (Jnr) is a co-Director of Bakusasa Transformation Academy (BTA) that renders HSE, Health and Safety Implementation and on-site/ off site Training Courses. Quotations for implementation and Training will be acquired from BTA shortly after the Audits.

Environmental Legal Compliance Audits:

  • Assessment of all licenses and applications done as per the National, Provincial and Local Legislation and Regulations.
  • Preliminary site inspections for report purposes will be done. Timeframe for this is normally around 5 to 6 hours, depending on the size and operation of the business.
  • Inspections (documentary and site) will be focused on all environmental aspects including waste, waste management, water usage, water storage, air pollution and actions relating to wild and exotic animals.
  • Comprehensive report will be issued with specific reference to extremely high, medium and low risk factors. (Delivered within 7 working days, depending of the size and operation of the business)
  • Suggestions will be made in regards to the need and requirements for applications in terms of the Norms and Standards (where applicable) and or any required or suggested licenses or authorizations applications.
